Hello! Our turn around time is 5-15 business days. We always aim for less but with shipping a bit crazy right now, sometimes we need the full amount of time. All items are made to order. For clothing items, we only use the soft shirts, unless specified that you would like something different! Brands like Bella Canvas, Next Level, Anvil, Gildan Softstyle are used.
